Handbook changelog

Keep up to date with our Handbook for all Significant happenings around Significa. Our Handbook will never be ready; it’ll constantly be evolving, and it may be hard to keep up. So, each time a change is made, we add a little update here about that change and the link to the page.


23/12/2024:
Help via Pulso: we are occasionally asked if people can have more sessions on top of their entitled six sessions with a therapist included in the Pulso pack. Yes is the answer. We are ensuring that anybody who needs has access to a further six sessions with a professional.


The changes below reflect changes from August 1st to December 17th, 2024. We’ll be adding more regular updates going forward, and with each change, a new addition is made.

Minor updates to the following pages

Sentences or paragraphs added to existing pages

  • Perks and benefits: that they are open to all team - we also added Barbie to our health insurance recently, which made him very happy.

  • Hiring criteria: a paragraph was added to highlight our preference to hire locally rather than those who would relocate for a role at Significa.

  • A section on Nursing mothers added to Returning to Work.

  • Company travel - updated with the latest instructions on how to arrange your company travel.

  • Team satisfaction reports: added August ‘24 results.

  • Billing and invoicing has been updated as we no longer bill using Packages. This page has been updated in line with our latest proposals.

  • New illustrations across the handbook! Craftily created by The Talented Mr Tomás.

  • Compensation sub-chapter has been renamed Money matters.
